What if I’m planning on submitting a release between December 17 - January 4?
Releases submitted during this time may not be reviewed until January 6 at the earliest. We strongly recommend you submit your releases before December 1.
What if I want a release to go live between December 17 - January 4?
If you’re submitting a release to go live during this time, please submit before December 1 to ensure a proper review and delivery to services/stores.
What if I submit a release that doesn’t fall within any of the dates listed?
We still recommend you submit at least three weeks before your release date.
Will I have problems withdrawing my revenue during the holidays?
No, your sales should still update automatically on December 15. To ensure timely payment, please submit your withdrawal request by December 17.
What if I need to request a takedown or make changes to my release or have any questions?
