All Level users are required to verify their tax information in order to successfully withdraw earnings. If your tax information is not verified, you will not be able to request withdrawals to your Level Wallet from the Sales + Payments page, and you will not be able to request and receive withdrawals from your Level Wallet to your external payout method.
If you have not yet set up your Level Wallet, you will be required to verify your tax information once you do. Please see this FAQ article for more information.
If you have already set up your Level Wallet but haven’t yet verified your tax information, please log in to your Level Wallet from the Sales + Payments page, and you will be prompted to enter your tax information there.
Assuming you enter your information correctly, for US individuals and businesses, the tax verification process is instantaneous, while for non-US individuals and businesses, the tax verification process involves additional review and can take up to seven business days.
